Interview with Korpiklaani - Jarkko Aaltonen (2012)

As their excellent new release “Manala” makes it way through Europe and we eagerly wait for it to be released in North America on August 14th, 2012, we managed to strike a conversation with the band’s bass player Jarkko Aaltonen. In this 15+ minute interview we discuss the album in detail as well as the lack of the traditional party/drinking song in this release. We also talk about the band’s plans for North American domination with their upcoming tour date in the States and the excellent package they will be touring with (Moonsorrow and Tyr).
