MERRIMACK to complete first video soon + US tour dates

Legendary French black metal cult MERRIMACK are currently finishing their first-ever video, for the track "In The Halls of White Death" from their latest masterpiece Grey Rigorism. Reports guitarist Perversifier, "The video is now in the mounting/production process and should be diffused in about three weeks, but you can see a preview of the video by looking at the making-of pics [below], as the video clip will be in black & white. Expect some sick Satanic ritualistic ambiance.

THREAT SIGNAL Lands on Billboard Charts!

"Vigilance", the sophomore album from Canadian metallers THREAT SIGNAL, sold around 1,100 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielson SoundScan. The CD landed at position No. 32 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.

ELUVEITIE Begin Recording New Album

Swiss pagan metal horde ELUVEITIE entered the studio 2 and half weeks ago in order to record their highly anticipated new album. The successor to the acoustic / folk masterpiece Evocation I: The Arcane Dominion is said to be a full scale metal album again, showcasing ELUVEITIE extraordinary folk metal mayhem! The album will be produced by Tommy Vetterli (mastermind of CORONER, ex-KREATOR & -VOODOO CULT) at the renowned Newsound Studios.
